What is Revive Totem?

The item text says it revives all fallen teammates. In play, a living player picks it up and later brings back someone who died. Recorded callouts name one teammate, so the tooltip is wider than anything demonstrated. After a use, the group has to find another. Nobody Left Behind is the badge for a successful revive. A separate prompt says buy the totem for 24 and does not name the currency.

Are there working codes?
